Chavii provides an AI-powered chatbot creation platform that allows users to:

• Create and customize AI chatbots

• Train chatbots on custom data sources

• Deploy chatbots on websites via embed codes

• Monitor chatbot performance through analytics

• Manage conversations and user interactions

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information

• Maintaining account security and confidentiality

• All activities that occur under your account

• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• Distribute harmful, offensive, or illegal content

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

• Create chatbots that impersonate others deceptively

• Generate spam or malicious content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Chavii and protected by intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Pricing and Payments

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and taxes

• Provide valid payment information

• Auto-renewal unless cancelled

Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Price Changes

We may change pricing with 30 days notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at current pricing for the remainder of their billing cycle.

7. Service Availability and Support

While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We provide:

• Uptime Target: 99.9% monthly uptime (excluding scheduled maintenance)

• Support: Email support for paid plans, community support for free plans

• Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible

8. Limitation of Liability

10. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Service ends immediately

• Your data will be deleted within 30 days

• No refunds for the current billing period

By Us

We may terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Non-payment of fees

• Illegal or harmful activities

• Extended inactivity (free accounts)
